Strengthening of our expert work for the Hygiene Hub

Several Ranas team members have been collaborating in the Hygiene Hub network since April 2020. This work has been formalized in September 2020 with two team members – Dr. Max Friedrich und Dr. Silvie Kraemer – supporting the Hub members WaterAid and Unicef Mexico with their expertise in their COVID-19 prevention activities and interventions. Since May 2021, Ranas is supporting formative research and evaluation for the NGOs Janseeva in India and ChildFund Ecuador.

The hygiene hub is a network of experts led by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine to support actors to rapidly design evidence-based interventions to prevent the further spread of COVID-19.
